Services for A. Duane Scott, 76 of Blum will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday in the Saint Michaels And All Angels Episcopal Church in Dallas.
Mr. Scott passed away Saturday, Mar. 21, 2009 in Blum. He was born Sept. 26, 1932 in Canyon, Tex. to Carl and Pauline Simmons Scott. He married Elsa Goodman on July 8, 2000 in Blum. Mr. Scott was a graduate of Texas A&M University. He was a captain in the U.S. Air Force and flew RB47's for the Strategic Air Command. He spent his entire architectural career designing educational facilities throughout Texas.
Duane is survived by his wife, Elsa Scott of Blum; son, Stephen Scott and wife Lori of Houston; step-son, Kirk Goodman of College Station; step-daughter, Courtney Morris and husband Scott of Herford; two step-granddaughters, Lacey Goodman and Elleanor Morris. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
