Adelean Milstead

Service for Adelean Jones Milstead, 89, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 2, 2015 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Lee Wallace will officiate. Burial will be in Acton Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Sam Homan, Garland Homan, Randy Homan, Jr., Chip Miles,Caroline Miles and Minden Miles. Visitation will be Sunday from 4-6 P.M. at the funeral home.

Adelean Jones Milstead passed away Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born March 15, 1926 in Cleburne to Sam and Ollie B. McElroy Jones. She married Gene Morris Milstead on March 19, 1989 in Las Vegas.

Mrs. Milstead was a property manager for 15 years and was of the Church of Christ faith.

Adelean Milstead is survived by her daughters, Carla McGee of Cleburne and Darla Miles and husband Chip of Weatherford; son Randy Homan, Sr. and wife Paula of Cleburne; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Gene Morris Milstead on October 17, 2008; three sisters Lois, Pauline and Clara; two brothers Odell and Bud and two sons Kenneth Earl Newsom, Sr. and Garland Wade Homan.
