Adolfo Fonseca

Memorial service for Adolfo “Tito” Fonseca, 72, of Hidalgo, will be conducted in the Crosier – Pearson Cleburne Chapel on Saturday, October 20, 2018. Gathering of family and friends will begin at 1 P.M. with a Celebration of Life service to start at 2 P.M., Father Sergio will officiate. Please join us afterwards at 7732 Hwy 171 S., Grandview, TX. We will come together at his home for a time of fellowship and as he would say; “Dilly-Dilly.”

Mr. Fonseca passed away October 7, 2018, at his home. He was born on January 31, 1946 in Hidalgo to Francisco & Mariana Vargas Fonseca. He married Juana Salas on July 2, 1965 and grew their family of two to nine. He was a machine operator for Johns Manville Company. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Juana Fonseca of McAllen; daughters-Yolanda & Angel Quiahua Fonseca of Waco, Sylvia Fonseca of Waco, Maria & Judge Pineda of Marlin and Rebecca & Coy Cogdill of Cleburne; sons-Pedro Fonseca of Waco, Ernesto & Veronica Fonseca of Cleburne and Daniel Fonseca of Oklahoma; brother-Pedro Fonseca of Hidalgo; sister- Fela Elizondo of McAllen. “Tito” had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren who will miss him dearly.

The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses who cared for our beloved father. A special Thank You for the care and compassion of Freedom Hospice, “Kim & Doug” for providing our father comfort during his transition to eternity.
