Funeral services for Alfred Wooldridge, Jr., 73, of Cleburne, will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the Crosier Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel, located at 512 N Ridgeway Dr, Cleburne, TX 76033. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Cemetery. There will be a time of visitation for family and friends at the funeral home from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, April 4, 2025.

Alfred Wooldridge, Jr., a beloved figure in the Cleburne community, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2025. Born on July 19, 1951, in Cleburne, Texas, Alfred dedicated his life to his family and friends, leaving a significant impact on those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Alfred proudly served in the Army, demonstrating a commitment to his country that characterized his character. He enjoyed many pastimes, including fishing, gambling, and watching sports, which allowed him to connect with friends and family. Those who knew him will remember his infectious spirit and passion for life.

Alfred is remembered fondly by his wife, Linda Wooldridge, who stood by him throughout their years together. He leaves behind three daughters, Latonya Michelle Allen, Celeste Nicole Montgomery and her husband Brad, Chantrice Kiandria Wooldridge, Cameron Dijon Pollard, Linsey Phelan Pollard; sons, Tony Bernard Wooldridge, Kwesi Jabar Pollard, and Damon Jevon Pollard; 18 grandchildren, 38, great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Alfred was preceded in death by his son, Craig Demont Pollard; his sister, Marilyn Ann Pollard; and his brothers, Donald Wayne Wooldridge, Udell Anderson, and "Pee Wee" Anderson.

Alfred Wooldridge, Jr.'s legacy of love, compassion, and generosity will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know him. His spirit will live on in the cherished memories and the lives of his family and friends.
