Alicia Canas

Service for Alicia Canas, 67, of Grandview will be conducted 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 11, 2020 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Alicia Canas passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020 in Grandview. She was born July 16, 1952 in La Pareja, Mexico to Francisco and Elodia (Gonzalez) Castaneda. She married Beto Canas February 7, 1996 in Cleburne.

Alicia worked at Tech-Light Manufacturing. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cleburne.

Alicia is survived by her husband Beto Canas; sons, Rene Hernandez, Fernando Martinez and Brenda, Luis Martinez; daughters, Dulce Martinez and Ana Martinez; grandchildren, Luis Martinez, Jr., Abel Martinez, Jada Martinez, Jeremy Whitehead, Jordan Martinez, Brendan Martinez, Brianna Martinez, Jett Busby, Jasper Busby; sisters, Maria Castaneda, Margarita Castaneda; brothers, Lionel “Tiger” Castaneda, Prisci “El Toro” Castaneda, Gabriel “Rabias” Castaneda, Lorenzo “El Gallo” Castaneda, Francisco “El Chivo” Castaneda and Sergio “El Sorillo” Castaneda.

Alicia is preceded in death by her parents, Francisco and Elodia Castaneda.
