Allen Carroll

Services for Allen Dart Carroll, 63, of Grandview will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 28, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. B.B. Stevens will officiate. Burial will follow in the Rio Vista Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Monday.

Mr. Carroll passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2010 in Wyoming. He was born August 5, 1947 in Cleburne to William and Ellen Britton Carroll. He married Dana Elaine Bean on May 26, 2001 in Alvarado.

Allen served in the United States Army and was a truck driver. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion and was of the Baptist faith.

Allen Carroll is survived by his wife, Dana Carroll of Grandview; daughter, Tiffani Glendenning of Cleburne; two sons, Randy Pope and wife Deann of Godley and Nick Huffman of Mesquite; sister, Polly Woolard and husband Terry of Alvarado; three brothers, Bill Carroll and wife Debbie of Spring, Richard Carroll and Charles Carroll, both of Alvarado.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
