Mrs. Gardner passed away Thursday, March 9, 2006 in Cleburne. She was born July 10, 1914 in Colorado City, Texas to William E. and Hattie L. Hoffman Bostwick. She married Louie C. Gardner on December 23, 1931 in Cleburne.
Mrs. Gardner was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Cleburne.
Anita Gardner is survived by her son, Morris Gardner and wife Shirley of Bedford; daughter, Vicki Ann Warenskjold and husband Otto of Cleburne; six grandchildren, Lynn Gentry, Gary Gardner, Otto M. Warenskjold III, Tony Warenskjold, Lou Ann Potter, Christy Louise Warenskjold; seven great grandchildren, Christian and Jonathan Gentry, Travis, Cody and Katie Gardner, Stephenie and Heather Potter. She was preceded in death by her husband on June 27, 1988 and one brother and one sister.

Memorial can be made to the First United Methodist Church of Cleburne or West Hill Church of Christ Benevolence Fund.
