Services for Anna Mae "Pat" Rich, 93, of Cleburne will be conducted on Friday, December 5 at 2:00 p.m. at Crosier-Pearson Chapel, 512 N. Ridgeway, Cleburne, TX. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 - 8 p.m. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
Anna Mae was born on July 6, 1915, the daughter of Oscar and Maude Martin. She married Earl Edward Rich on September 5, 1931. She died on the afternoon of December 1, 2008 at her home, after a brief battle with cancer
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 66 years in 1997; by her father and mother; by her 5 brothers and sisters; by her adored daughter, Barbara Jo and by her treasured granddaughter, Angela Michelle Rich.
Anna Mae is survived by her son-in-law, Johnny Vermillion; sons Charles and wife Inell of Dallas; Roger and wife Carolyn of Bonham; and Ralph and wife Bridget of Garland; sister-in-law SuzAnne Williamson of Monticello, Mississippi; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; 4 great-great-great grandchildren plus numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
A long time member of Westhill Church of Christ, she loved God, family and the church all her beautiful life. A true and selfless servant of God, she was an inspiration to everyone she met, having taught Bible classes to many Kindergarten children at Dallas Christian Schools.
Her life of goodness, spontaneity and fun will never be forgotten by everyone who knew her.
