Aubrey Jowell

Memorial Services for Aubrey Lee Jowell, 87, of Cleburne will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, August 21, 2010 in the Kingdom Hall Of Jehovah's Witness, 2332 C.R. 312, Cleburne, TX. Roy Allen will officiate. Private graveside services were conducted on Monday, August 16 in Prices Chapel. Robert Walker officiated.

Mr. Jowell, a machinist, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 in Cleburne. He was born June 19, 1923 in Wastella to Frank and Irene Turner Jowell. He married Paula Richerson on May 15, 1949.

Aubrey is survived by his wife of 61 years, Paula Jowell of Cleburne; son, Lee Paul Jowell and wife Tawnie; daughter, Robin Jowell all of Cleburne; grandchildren, Lesley Paddock and husband Michael of Las Colinas, Beau Sutton and wife Laina of Cleburne, Karrah Lamb of Cleburne, Brent Jowell and wife Lisa of Wylie, Scott Jowell of Dallas, Brett Smith and wife Lacey of Burleson and Brock Smith of Granbury; great-grandchildren, Dylan and Gavin Lamb of Cleburne, Hayden Smith of Burleson; sisters, Barbara Smith and husband Don and Charlyn Whiteside and husband Chuck, all of Cleburne, Clara Lewis of Crockett and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Nancy George, Betty Cox and Iona Taylor and brother, Bill Jowell.
