Barbara Haynie

Service for Barbara Jean Haynie, 78, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, Dec. 14, 2015 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Dr. Joe Cathey will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mike Apgar, Thomas Ellis, Jonathan Apgar, Thomas Jacobs, Jacob Hunt, and Jessie Hunt. Honorary pallbearer will be Ray Jordan, Jr. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M. Sunday, at the funeral home.
Barbara Jean Haynie passed away Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born Oct. 28, 1937 in Weatherford to Fred and Annie Mae Taylor Jordan. She married Thomas Haynie, Jr. on February 1, 1979 in Cleburne.
Mrs. Haynie worked at Miller Brewing Co., retiring with 15 years of service. She was also a loving wife, mother, grand-, great-, and great-great grandmother, sister, and a friend to many. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Godley.
Survivors include her husband Thomas Haynie of Cleburne; daughters, Loretta Jacobs and husband Tom of Azle, Kayla Haynie of Boyd, Donna Apgar and husband Mike of Colorado Springs, Co; son, Scott Cooper and wife Christie of Allen; stepdaughter, Melinda Haynie of Alta Monte Springs, FL.; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; brother, Raymond Jordan and wife Marilyn of Boyd; sister, Millie Jordan of North Richland Hill; stepsister, Margaret Ann Goodwin of Bakersfield, CA.; nephew, Ray Jordan, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Fred Jordan; mother and stepfather, Annie and T.V. Vanderveer; grandson, Trey Joslin; great- granddaughter, Journi Hunt; brother, Kenneth Jordan; and stepdaughter, Sabra Egra.
