Barbara Ward

Barbara Ann Ward passed away Friday, December 5, 2008 in Ft. Worth. She was born September 28, 1939 in Corsicana to Otto F. and Bessie Melton Wood. She was married to Bob Ford, who preceded her in death, January 2007.

Mrs. Ward was a customer service manager in shipping for the US government.

Barbara Ann Ward is survived by her daughters, Rhonda McDaniel and husband, Tim of Grandview, Elicia Rankin and husband, Charlie of Weatherford and Kandra Odom and spouse, Juan of Joshua; six grandchildren, Jory McDaniel, Jeremy McDaniel, Derek Whitehead, Kira Odom, Gayla Rankin and John Odom; fifteen great-grandchildren; sister, Billie Chapman of Blooming Grove and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her spouse, Bob Ford; parents, Otto and Bessie Wood; sister, Lavelle Nichols and brother, Gene Wood.
