Service for Benjlee Mosley, 84, of Grandview will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2017 at the First Baptist Church of Grandview. Burial will be in the Grandview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Willis Hughes, Danny Hughes, David Quisenberry, Brad Quisenberry, David Self and Bill Lyle. Honorary pallbearers will be the Deacons of the First Baptist Church of Grandview. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Benjlee Mosley passed away Thursday, Aug. 17, 2017 in Grandview. He was born June 13, 1933 in Midlothian to Benjamin R. and Della Lee Pruitt Mosley. He married Bobbie Jane Wallace on Sept. 15, 1973 at First Baptist Church in Grandview.
Ben served in the United States Army from 1953 to 1955 and was in Korea in 1954 and 1955. He was owner and operator of B&B Sheet Metal Shop in Grandview.
Ben loved to hunt, fish, woodworking and helping others. He was a member and deacon at First Baptist Church of Grandview. Ben and Bobbie Jane went on 12 mission trips with others from their church.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 43 years, Bobbie Jane Mosley of Grandview; daughter, Shelley Ruth George of Azle; son, Jack Craig Mosley and wife Kimberlee of Lake Worth; one brother, Eugene Mosley of Englewood, KS; five grandchildren, Joshua Wayne George and wife Candace, Jacob Will George and wife Lauren, Brittany Deann Mosley, Chelsea Nichole Mosley and William Cole Mosley; ten great grandchildren; and a host of other dear relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; five sisters; three brothers; and several nieces and nephews.
