Benny Wickham

Service for Benny Arnold Wickham, 90, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 23, 2018 in the Nolan River Road Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Greenacre Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.

He passed away October 18, 2018, in Cleburne. He was born April 24, 1928, in Young County, to Clarence and Vera Beekman Wickham. He married Mattie Grace Combs May 11, 1963 in Dennis, TX.

He worked for Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for 37 years, working as a lineman, repairman, installer and estimate assigner over his years with the company until his retirement. He was a member of the Nolan River Road Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Mattie Wickham of Cleburne; son Stan Wickham of Cleburne, daughter Sheila Hamilton of Spring; grandsons Kolin Korell and Kody Korell of The Woodlands; sister Vivian Hendrickson of Wichita Falls; brother Donnie Wickham of Vernon and several nieces and nephews
