Betty Bearden

Graveside service for Betty Lou Bearden, 93, of Joshua, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, April 8, 2021 in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 7, 2021 from 6-8 p.m. at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne funeral home.

Betty Lou Bearden passed away April 5, 2021 in Joshua. She was born October 14, 1927 in Russellville, Arkansas to J.H. and Bessie (Woods) Moore. She married Philburn Daniel Bearden on May 14, 1945 in Weatherford. She was of the Christian faith and a LVN with over 36 years of service.

Betty Lou is survived by her children, Sandra Bearden of Joshua, Judy Kaye of Cleburne, Danny Bearden and Shelley of Cleburne, Rodney Bearden and Edith of Joshua, Ramona Ward and Lynn of Joshua; 15 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, J.H. and Bessie Moore; husband, Philburn Daniel Bearden; daughter, Thomasine Phyllis Jean Cochran; grandchild, Shanna McNew; 4 brothers, Ed, Bobby, Sam and Son; 2 sisters, Lena and Lavada.
