Betty Buckley

A memorial service for Betty M. Buckley, 62, of Godley, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 5, 2008 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. Darren Schroeder will officiate.

Betty M. Buckley passed away on Monday, September 1, 2008 in Godley. She was born September 2, 1945 to Raymond and Helen Ford Horn. She married Joda Buckley.

Mrs. Buckley retired as a custodian from Godley ISD after more than 20 years of service.

Betty is survived by her children, Dennis "Bob" Pemberton and wife, Norma of Bowie, Sharon Walker and husband, Randy of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Jerry Pemberton of Bowie; brother, Bill Horn of Bridgeport; sister, Reba Paig and husband, Sherman of Vermont; stepchildren, Brenda Johnson of Grandview, Wanda Davis of Alvarado and Nelda Bancroft of North Carolina; 6 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded by husband, Joda Buckley in 2000.
