Service for Betty Peterson LeFevre, 86, of Carrollton, formerly of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Dr. John Hall and the Rev. Sid Hill will officate.
Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Pallbearers will be Dan Bowen, Pat Dumas, Ed Christie, Loren Harris, Don Harvey and Bill Harvey.
Betty LeFevre passed away on Monday, January 30, 2012 in Plano. She was born August 15, 1925 in Cleburne to Otis Christian and Florence "Ruth" Allen Peterson.

Mrs. LeFevre was a member of Field Street Baptist Church. She graduated from Cleburne High School Class of 1942. She previously worked at Holliday Shoes and First National Bank. She enjoyed camping, sewing and card games.

She is survived by her only child, Christa Walker and husband Charles of Carrollton; brother, Don Max Peterson and wife Winnetta of Waco; grandchildren, Courtney Walker of Carrollton and Cyndy Harris and husband Loren of Dallas; one great-grandchild, Lillian Harris of Dallas. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Willard "Red" LeFevre in February 2007.
