Betty Manning

Services for Betty Jean Manning, 76, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Monday, January 29 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Rev. F.L. Ashley will officiate. Burial will be in Greenacres Memorial Park.

Betty Jean Manning passed away Thursday, January 25, 2007 in Cleburne. She was born January 2, 1931 in Malone, Texas to Lawrence and Sally Massengale Bruton. She married Glen Manning on December 23, 1950 in Hillsboro.

Mrs. Manning was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Betty Jean Manning is survived by her husband, Glenn Manning of Cleburne; daughter, Jilisha Sponable and husband Del of Cleburne and Debra Bellah and husband Kenneth of Cleburne; son, Ronnie Manning and wife Lynne of Ft. Worth; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters.
