Service for Betty Robinson, 68, of Burleson, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Pastor Steve Beckwith will officiate. Burial will follow in Caddo Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 P.M., Friday, April 16, 2021 at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral home. Pallbearers will be J.T. Taylor, Steven Taylor, Damon Taylor, Dylan Clark, Drake Rodriguez, and Adrian McClure.
Betty “Ginger” Robinson passed away April 10, 2021 in Burleson. She was born to Arlon and Betty (Jones) Garrett on September 29, 1952 in Arkansas. She married Dallas Ray Robinson. Betty was a clerk for the Government/Logistics Department. She was of the Baptist faith. “Ginger” was definitely a nurturer. She was an instrument of God’s righteousness and He certainly reached through her on many beautiful occasions. She adored her family and loved going to church. She will be remembered as a woman of strong faith who lived a life characterized by service to others. To say that “Ginger” will be dearly missed is understated.
Betty is survived by sons, Wesley Wood and wife, Angela, Virgil Taylor, and wife, Rhodie, Brian Taylor and wife, Paula; brothers, Dee Garrett and wife, Twila, Mike Clements and wife, Elaina; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and loving friends.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Robinson; father, Henry Clay Clements; mother, Betty Vanagas; sister, Tina Clements; and brother, Preston Clements.
