Graveside service for Beulah Moffeit Reid, 102, of Keene, will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, August 19, 2021, in the Rosehill Cemetery. Pastor John Stewart will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday prior to service 10-11:00 A.M. Thursday at the funeral home.
Beulah Moffeit Reid passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021, in Keene. She was born on November 18, 1918, in Mangum, Oklahoma to Thomas Minor and Myrtle Esmondella (Spencer) Moffeit. She married Odie Lee Reid on December 05, 1937, in Vinson, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death in 1987. Beulah was a homemaker and loved to quilt, garden, paint and traveling worldwide. She was an active member of Henderson Street Baptist Church for 73 years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star (Past Worthy Matron), Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Republic of Texas (Past Regent & Secretary), and Daughters of the Confederacy.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Joann Homesley, Maxine and Howard Clark, Geraldine and Bob Graham, James and Martha Reid, and Larry Reid; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; grandchildren, Tonya Graham and Rusty Clark; son-in-law, Pete Homesley; siblings, Bailey, John, George and Newton Moffeit and Betty Clark.
