Billie Whitehead

Memorial services for Billie Jane Whitehead, 76, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 9, 2011 in the Hitchin Post Chapel.

Ms. Whitehead passed away Saturday, November 5, 2011 in Cleburne. She was born to Jack and Gladys Johnson Shackleford on November 5, 1935 in Bosque County. Billie Jane was a homemaker. She was a member of the Boulevard Baptist Church, Burleson. She will be missed greatly by all those who knew and loved her. Billie Jane is preceded in death by her parents; 2 sons, Phil and Royce Whitehead; brother, Alton Shackleford; and sister, Doris Shackleford.

Survivors include her daughter, Paula Soto and her husband, Domingo of Keene; 3 grandchildren, Rickey Whitehead and his wife, Marinda, Jerry Whitehead, and Michelle Pruitt and her husband, Paul; 6 great grandchildren, Phillip, Jordan, Tanner, Kaylan, Danielle, and John Paul; brother, Carlton Shackleford and his wife, Sandra; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
