Graveside services for Billy Joe French, 80, of Blum will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 13, 2010 in the Rosehill Cemetery. The Reverend Dave Townes will officiate.
Mr. French passed away Sunday, July 11, 2010 in Ft. Worth. He was born March 28, 1930 in Hill County to Buford Bertis and Ura Lee Myers French. He married Wanda Putnam on February 11, 1950 in Hill County.
Billy was a retired livestock inspector with the Texas Animal Commission and was of the Baptist faith.
Billy Joe French is survived by his wife of 60 years, Wanda French; son, Charles French and wife Paula; daughter, Beverly Sanders and husband Mike, all of Blum; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
