Billy McPherson

A celebration of life for Billy Aaron McPherson, 82, of Godley will be conducted at 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at Granbury Street Church of Christ, Cleburne. Mr. Tom Frazier and Mr. Darren Schroeder will officiate. Pallbearers will be Austin McClure, Matthew McPherson, Brody McPherson, Justin McPherson, Rowdy Allen, Kolby Brown, Brett Brown, Kole Allen, Ryan Nichols, and Christopher Nichols.
Billy passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021, in Fort Worth. He was born on February 8, 1939, in Keller to Martin Wayne and Minta Lorene Young McPherson. Billy married Eddie Lou White on August 17, 1957, in Keller. Billy was a member of Godley Church of Christ. He owned and operated McPherson Dairy in Godley for 35 years.
Billy is survived by his wife of 63 years, Eddie; children and their spouses, Cheri Johnson and Ricky of Mineral Wells, Jeffrey McPherson and Sue of Godley, Paul McPherson and Dianne of Godley, Danna Allen and Todd of Godley, Stacy Brown and Bryan of Godley; bonus son, Elby Cato and Paula of Stephenville; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth McPherson of Blum; sisters, Irene Ogle of Shallowater, Betty Scott of Hico, Patricia White of Godley; nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Lorene McPherson; brothers, T.J. McPherson, J.R. McPherson and, Jerry McPherson; sister, Mona Blevins; 2 great-grandchildren, Brantley Frazier and Ella Grace Frazier; and step-grandson, Josh Copeland.
