Billy Neighbors

Service for Billy Gene Neighbors, 89, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 31, 2021 in the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Cleburne. Pastor Tony Torres will officiate. Burial will be in Keene Memorial Park Cemetery.

Billy Gene Neighbors passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 in Fort Worth. He was born February 02, 1931 in Blue Ribbon, Oklahoma to James Dial and Gertie Anoma (Merriman) Neighbors. He married Esther Bernice Spurgeon on December 24, 1949 in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
He severed in the US Air Force, retiring with 22 years of service and was a retired self-employed HAVC contractor for many years. He was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Cleburne.

Billy Gene Neighbors is survived by his children, Rick Neighbors and wife, Nancy of Keene, Diane Neighbors Westcott and husband, Carl of Egan, Randy Neighbor of Egan and Pamela Payne and husband, Robert of Cleburne; ten grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Bernice Neighbors.
