Graveside services for Bobbie Jean Newman Knapp, 79, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, December 12, 2020 in Rock Church Cemetery in Blanket, Texas. Pastor John Tanner will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Friday, December 11, 2020 at the funeral home.

Bobbie Jean Knapp passed away Saturday, December 5, 2020 in Cleburne. She was born May 31, 1941 in Porter, Texas to James Hamilton and Sylvia Charlene (Williams) Newman. She married Joe Thomas Knapp on July 5, 1974 in Weslaco, Texas. She was a homemaker, business owner and a member of Bono Baptist Church.

Bobbie Jean loved fishing and crafting of all kinds. She had a giving nature and she loved her family, especially her grandchildren. Christmas was a special time of year, as she enjoyed the season’s family gatherings. Bobbie was a faithful servant in the Lord.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Knapp; sons, Jim Williams and wife Yolanda, Tim Williams and wife Suzy, and Jack Williams, Larry Knapp and wife Glenda; daughter-in-law and her husband, Larissa and Paul Scott; daughter-in-law, Valerie Knapp; daughters, Tracy Euhus and Tonya Dvorak; 16 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Micah Joe Knapp; and stepson, Marty Jay Knapp.
