Bobby Moore

Services for Bobby Ray Moore, 80, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Jerald Moore, The Reverend Eddie Freeman and Dr. Joe Stephens will officiate. Burial will be in the Lane Prairie Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Travis Moore, Ross Terry, Chris Moore, Jeffery Moore, Andrew Moore and Zane Bonham. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Tuesday.
Mr. Moore passed away Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010 in Ft. Worth. He was born Dec. 13, 1929 in Hill County to James Edward and Emily Susan Young Moore. He married Gladys Mae Dempsey on Sept. 3, 1983 in Mertzon, Texas. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a sales clerk in the hardware sales industry and worked for Rangaire Corp. in Cleburne for 20 years. Mr. Moore was a member of the Henderson Street Baptist Church in Cleburne where he served as president of the Glory Choir.
Bobby Ray Moore is survived by his wife, Gladys Moore; sons, Jackie Moore and wife Jeanene, Randy Moore and wife Becky and Tim Moore and wife Paula; daughter, Denise Morrison and husband David; step-sons James Howard and wife Patty and Scott Howard and wife Paula; step daughter, Karen Bonham and husband John; 20 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; sisters, Billie Stephens and husband Joe and Betty Holt and husband George; brother, Jerald Moore and wife Doris; step-sister, Barbara Hutchison and husband Bob; two sisters-in-law, Mary Moore and Maurine Roberson and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, James and Benny Moore and great grandson, Jeremy Moore.
