Bobby passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 18, 2020, surrounded by his loved ones as he left this world for his new home in heaven joining other family members there.
Bobby was born on February 19, 1940 in Lorenzo, Texas to J.B. and Allie Snow Reynolds but was a lifelong resident in Johnson County. Bobby was an employee of Fort Motor Company for most of his life, serving at several different positions and locations. He was very proud of that fact, so much so that he was known as Fordman by his racing friends and on the Internet.
His many hobbies included working on old tractors, engines, race cars, restoring old pumpjacks and classic cars, spending time with family, polishing his sense of humor and practicing its usage. God and Family was his priority. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of Scottish Rite and Shrine.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 61 years Jimmie Lois (Dolly) Holliday Reynolds, his son Billy Reynolds and wife Theresa, grandsons Brandon Reynolds, Jeff Reynolds and wife Kristi, great-grandchildren Caiden, Taityen, Laina and Kensley.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Son James Reynolds, great-grandson Lane Reynolds, one brother and one sister.
Special thanks to Community Hospice for their special care.
