Carol Bridges

Service for Carol Dawn Bridges, 79, of Fort Worth, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, December 3, 2022, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. Mr. Toney Smith will be officiating.

Carol Dawn passed away Monday, November 28, 2022, in Fort Worth. She was born August 25, 1943, in Topeka, Kansas to William Howard and Adrienne Dawn (Boswell) Conway. She was a member of Rendon Church of Christ. Carol Dawn was a good example to all and a faithful Christian lady. She worked as an executive administrator in the insurance industry. Carol Dawn was always ready to give life lessons and share her wisdom. She was known for her gentle nature, positive outlook and Christmas spirit. Carol Dawn enjoyed playing the piano, singing, reading and crafting. She will be missed greatly.

Carol Dawn was preceded in death by her parents; son, Billy Bridges, Jr. “Butch” ; and brother, Bill Conway.

She is survived by her children and their spouses, Tim Bridges; and Brenda and Jack “Bodie” Cannon; grandchildren, Madeline Cannon, and Mariah and Donovan Davis; great-grandson, Roland Davis; sister, Edwina Conway Roth and her husband, Robert; along with a host of other relatives and friends including her former husband, Bill Bridges; and her dear friend of 76 years, Jenine Duarte.
