Carol Coppedge passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2007 in Ft. Worth. She was born October 30, 1942 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to J.R. and Mabel Fleming Crockett. She married Billy Joe Coppedge on June 2, 1971 in San Angelo, TX.
Ms. Coppedge was a cook for Dun Bar Restaurant and was of the Baptist faith. She raise her children and loved them all. She put her life on the back burner for all of her children.
Carol Coppedge is survived by her son, Charles Frank Wasson of Huntsville, TX; daughters, Vicki Sue Wasson of Gatesville, TX and Bonnie Wasson and husband Tommy of Alvarado; 5 step-children; 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; 3 step-great-grandchildren and mother, Mabel Fleming. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Joe Coppedge; father, J.R. Crockett and 2 step-children, Phyllis and Ricky Coppedge.
