Graveside service for Carolyn Manuel, 76, of Everman, will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 in the Everman Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Coleman officiating. There will be a time of visitation for family and friends on Monday, November 7, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.

Carolyn Manuel passed away at her home in Everman on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. She was born to L.D. and Erma Marie Traylor Wolfe on October 1, 1946 in Palestine, Texas. She married Henry Fagan Manuel on August 11, 1972 in Everman. He preceded her in death on September 27, 2013. Carolyn was a devoted homemaker, known for her cooking, especially her cakes and meatloaf. She has been described as having a feisty spirit. Her giving heart caused her to often put others’ needs above her own. She enjoyed playing bingo as well as working with her flowers and plants. Carolyn was of Christian faith. She will be missed greatly. Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents; husband; grandson, Josh Hyatt; and brother, Michael Wolfe.

Survivors include her daughter, Edna Marie Manuel; son, Henry David Manuel and his wife, Lacey; grandchildren, Scott Hyatt, Bailey Manuel and Reese Manuel; great grandson, Luka Lanki; brother, Jimmy Wolfe and his wife, Theresa; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
