Cathy Kaminski

Private services for Cathy Kaminski, 58, homemaker of Fort Worth and formerly of Joshua, will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Kaminski passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2011 in Fort Worth. She was born on February 18, 1952 in New Britain, Connecticut to Kenneth and Marjorie Hickcox Steenhoff. Cathy enjoyed playing video games, working puzzles and cooking for her family and friends. She was a lover of animals and the outdoors, especially gardening. Her grandchildren were everything to her. Cathy's love for life and outgoing spirit will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her sons, Vernon Kaminski and his wife, Nikki, and James Kaminski and his wife, Mechelle; grandchildren, Saphyire, Autumn, Michael, Jarod, Nicolas, and Dylan; brother, Clifford Steenhoff; a host of other relatives and friends.
