Services for Charles David Eubanks, 55, of Cleburne will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2009 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Mark Ely and Rev. Charles Payne will officiate the service. Burial will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jackie Looper, Doug Shouse, Garey Wylie, Larry Grigsby, Kevin Eubanks, Harvey Offutt, and Clint Rice.
David Eubanks passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at home in Cleburne. He was born in December 4, 1953 to Pauline Estelle and William Charles Eubanks in Cleburne. He graduated from Cleburne High School in 1972. He was a member of College Heights Baptist Church. David is survived by son, Tyson Eubanks, of Arlington, father, Charlie Eubanks, of Cleburne, sister, Donna Eubanks Steadman and husband Jim, of Cleburne, brother, Dan Eubanks and wife, Amy, of Southlake, several nieces and nephews and his dog, Spencer. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Eubanks, wife, Bobbie Sowell Eubanks and sister, Diane Eubanks Elam.
David was a loyal and hard working contractor for more than 30 yrs. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his father. He enjoyed playing baseball, fishing and being outdoors. As an avid sports fan, he would never shy away from telling you about the local sports teams. David established a jewelry company with his talented wife Bobbie, together they spent their weekends exhibiting at various trade shows across the state of Texas.
