Chester McKinney

A private graveside service will be held for Chester Clinton McKinney, 84, of Keene, in the Ward Branch Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M., Thursday, February 20, 2014 in the Joshua Seventh-day Adventist Church. Pastor Gabriel Perea will officiate.
Chester Clinton McKinney was born August 21, 1929 in Somervell County, Texas to Roy Oran and Lela Mae Clayton McKinney. He married Glenna Davisson on February 16, 1980 in Burleson.
Mr. McKinney was self-employed in the construction industry. He was of the Baptist faith.
Chester McKinney is survived by his wife of 34 years, Glenna McKinney; daughters, Deborah McKinney, and Jessica McKinney Perea and husband Pastor Gabriel; sisters, Lois Sain and Veda Mae Capps and Arthur Wade; grandchildren,Gabriel Price, Amanda Craig, Blake Darter, and Eyrelynn, Eoin and Seren Perea; five great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death; by his parents; son, Clint Nobles; daughter, Chestine Darter; brother, Kenneth McKinney and sister, Venita McKinney.
