Clarence E. Ballard passed away Friday, March 13, 2009 in Hillsboro. He was born November 21, 1928 in Hill County to Jack and Mary Windell Ballard. Clarence worked in the maintenance department for Cleburne Independent School District.
He is survived by his daughter, Stacy Ballard of Cleburne; three grandchildren; brother, Lawrence Ballard of Rio Vista; sister, LaDean Stephens of Cleburne; brother, Eldon Ballard and wife, Carolyn of Cleburne and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ballard.
