Graveside services for Cliff Elizabeth Sowell, 96, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2009 in Rosehill Cemetery. Reverend Dennis Wilkinson will officiate.
Mrs. Cliff Elizabeth Sowell passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009 in Cleburne. She was born December 20, 1912 in Morgan to George Claude and Zella Bonita Marrow Martin. She married Thomas Milton "Doc" Sowell, Sr. on February 18, 1935 in Ft. Worth.
She was a homemaker and a member of Westhill Church of Christ.
Mrs. Sowell is survived by one son, Milton Sowell of Coppell.
She was preceded in death by her husband T.M. "Doc" Sowell January 19, 2002 and two brothers, Dewey and Farris Martin.
