C.N. Box

Service for C.N. Box, 82, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, October 17, 2020 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow at Prices Chapel Cemetery.


C.N. Box passed away Sunday, October 11, 2020 in Fort Worth. He was born July 13, 1938 in Leakesville, Mississippi to Rufus K. and Camie Ann (Gibson) Box. C.N. married Augusta Mae Browder on February 5, 1961 in Rocky Creek, Mississippi. C.N. was a quality control manager for TXU.

C.N. was the cornerstone of the family. He loved being outdoors. C.N. was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

C.N. is survived by his wife, Augusta Box; daughters, Sarah Carlson and Lisa Box; sons, Curtis Box, Robert Box, Charles Box and Greg Box; grandchildren, Nelson Batten, Kristi Carlson, Cody Box, Brett Box, Kyle Box, Ryan Box, Nathan Box and Aaron Box; great-granddaughter, Lauren McPhail and a host of other family and friends,



C.N. is preceded in death by his parents.
