Cornelio Ruiz

Service for Cornelio “Oscar” Ruiz, 63, of Cleburne, will be conducted Monday, March 4, 2019, at 9:00 A.M. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cleburne with Father Sergio Rizo officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Crosier-Pearson Funeral Home from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Sunday with Rosary at 7:00 P.M.

Cornelio Ruiz passed away Friday, March 1, 2019 in Cleburne. He was born January 28, 1956 in Mexico to Baldomero and Anacleta (Silva) Ruiz. He married Maria Robles March 2, 1996 in Cleburne.

Mr. Ruiz was a ranch hand with Mann Farm and Ranch. He was a wonderful, kind, loving husband and father. He had a positive outlook on life and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Survivors include his wife Maria Ruiz; son Saul Ruiz; brothers Antonio Ruiz, Paz Ruiz, Cecilio Ruiz, Polonio Ruiz; and sister Josephina Ruiz.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Paula Ruiz.
