Cynthia Sue "Cindy" Hummel

A Requiem Mass for Cynthia Sue "Cindy" Hummel, 62, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, June 9, 2018 at The Parrish Church of the Holy Comforter, 209 E. Wardville St. in Cleburne.

Cynthia Sue "Cindy" Hummel passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 in Cleburne. She was born March 13, 1956 in Kansas City, Kansas to John and Mary Lou Mahoney Aura. She married Kim Hummel on April 24, 1993 in Ft. Worth.

Mrs. Hummel was the office manager for Dr. Brent Johnson, DDS in Cleburne. Cindy was a devout member of The Parrish Church of the Holy Comforter in Cleburne; where she served as altar guild directress. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, best Nana, and a beloved sister.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Kim Hummel of Cleburne; daughter, Laura Longoria and husband Emilio, of Cleburne; three grandchildren, Isabella Longoria, Emilio Longoria Jr. and Delilah Sierra; sisters, Cheri Lambert and husband Ron of Shawnee Mission, Kansas, Chris Nailling and husband Kirk of Grandview, Connie Teets and Vance and Jonnie Stephens and husband, Monte, all of Cleburne; and numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, other relatives and friends.

Goodbyes hurt the most when the story was not finished.
