D. Joyce

Grandview, Graveside services for D.R. Joyce, Jr. 78, of Grandview, will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 7, 2005 at Rose Hill Cemetery.

D.R. Joyce, a retired watch repairman, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2005, in Dallas.
He was born July 2, 1926, in Fort Worth, Texas, the son of Dolphus R. and Lola Gwynne Murphy Joyce, Sr. He served in the U S Marines during WW II. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Milford, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, William Joyce, one sister, Ada Roberts and nephews, Stephen and Josh Hatton.

He is survived by John Roberts, Jonann and Ken Grubbs, Gwynne Hatton, Richard Roberts, Tonya and A.J. Boeske, Tammy Grubbs, Jody Brentlinger, Laura Hatton, John Daniel Roberts, Malissa Bauhaus, Kenneth Grubbs-Sims, Tyler Collins and Lillie Collins.
