Graveside services for David A. "Big Dave" Ernst, Sr., 65, of Joshua, will be conducted at 1:00 p.m.Tuesday, October 2, 2007 in the DFW National Cemetery, Lane B. Reverend Steve Dill will officiate.
David A. "Big Dave" Ernst, Sr. passed away Monday, September 24, 2007 in Cleburne, Texas. He was born June 6, 1942 in Virginsville, Pennsylvania to Claude Calvin and Violet Elizabeth Fichthorn.
Mr. Ernst worked in the air conditioning/heating industry. He served in the Marines and also was a member of "Cooter Brown's private club in Burleson, TX.
David "Big Dave" Ernst, Sr. is survived by his son, David N. Ernst, Jr. and fiancee' Heather Rasberry of Joshua; four grandchildren, Adam Ernst, Donna Ernst, Domnick Ernst and Kyle Ernst; and a host of other relatives and friends
