David Perez

Services for David “Pato” Perez, 56, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, September 11, 2023 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cleburne with Father Sergio Rizo officiating. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Park. There will be a time of visitation for family and friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Sunday, September 10, 2023 at the funeral home. Pallbearers for the church are Luis “Wicho” Garcia, Angel “Cuate” Mendoza, Tio Raul Orosco, Gilberto Dominguez, Juan Martinez, Jesus “Chuyito” Martinez, Juan “Gallo” Garcia, and Roberto “Mono” Alvarado. Serving as pallbearers at the graveside are D.J. Meador, Jesus DeLuna, Jerimiah Santos, Nano Garcia, Ricky Garcia, Carlos Garcia, Jesus Perez, and Lazaro Najera.

David passed away Monday, September 4, 2023, at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church in Houston, Texas. He was born January 30, 1967 to Daniel Perez and Susana Ortiz de Perez in Melchor Muzquiz, Coahuila, Mexico. David married Mary Garcia on October 1, 1986 in Mexico. David owned and operated DPO Framing Construction and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. “He lived his life with the purpose of serving God, family and everyone he met along the way.”

He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Mary and he was known to her as “Bule”; children, Janeth Meador and husband, D.J., Daniella Perez and Jesus, Anahy Perez and Jerimiah; grandchildren, Alainee Meador and Lee Meador; mother, Susana Ortiz de Perez; brother, Jesus Perez; and sisters, Sivia, Guera, Norma, Sandra and Eva Perez; and “chingos” of family and friends.

David is preceded in death by his father, Daniel Perez; brothers, Daniel “Gare” Perez, Adan Perez; and mother-in-law, Julieta Olivarez.

Le sobrevive su esposa Mary Perez, (que lo llamaba cariñosamente "Bule") se casaron el 1 de Octubre de 1986, en su ciudad natal. Hijas: Janeth Meador y DJ, Daniella Perez y Jesus, Anahy Perez y Jerimiah.
Nietas: Alainee Meador y Lee Meador. Hermanos: Jesus, Sivia, Julieta (Guera), Daniel (Gare) (+), Norma, Sandra, Eva y Adan (+) Perez Ortiz. Suegros: Florentino García Rivas y Julieta Olivares Ledezma (+).
