Debra O'Neal

Service for Debra Bowles O'Neal, 42, of Allen, formerly of Keene, will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, January 14, 2012 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Keene Cemetery.

Debra Jane Bowles O'Neal, of Allen, Texas, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Debbie was born August 9, 1969 in Garland, Texas. She graduated from J.J. Pearce High School in Richardson and received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of North Texas in Denton. She was a Meadows Foundation Scholar, specializing in early childhood education. She taught in the Plano ISD for more than ten years, working with autistic and other special eduction students at both elementary and high school levels.

Debbie is survived by her husband, Scott, and her two precious sons, Preston, 9 and Riley, 7, her parents Dr. William and Shirley Bowles, her brother Bill Bowles and his wife Donna and their two children, Rebecca and Liam. She is also survived by her mother-in-law Judy Moore, father-in-law Rodney O'Neal, sister-in-law Schell Shaughnessy and her son Jason. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Skyler, and her older sister, Sheri.
A memorial service celebrating Debbie's life will be held at Meadows Baptist Church, 3001 Los Rios Blvd, in Plano, Texas, on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. To honor Debbie's courageous fight with breast cancer, we would like everyone to wear pink or white to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Children's Advocacy Center of Collin County.
We love you Debbie girl. You will be missed.
