Denise passed away July 8, 2022 in Fort Worth. She was born November 25, 1949 in Caruthersville, Missouri to Walter L. and Doris M. Royer Phillips. Michele married Mike Thompson on January 15, 1967 in Three Oaks, Michigan.

Denise is survived by her husband, Mike Thompson; children, Kari Spohn and husband, Bull, Laura Cargill and husband, Patrick, Christy Robinson and husband, Randall; brother, Jerry Phillips and wife, Tina; sister, Jean Barford and husband, Andy; 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
