Dennie Jackson

Dennie Jo Jackson passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2006 in Glen Rose. She was born December 13, 1921 in Greenville, TX to Aythc and Susie Cook Flack. She married Floyd Owen Jackson on September 15, 1945 in Dallas, TX. Mrs. Jackson was homemaker and was a former secretary for Lone Star Gas. She was also a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Dennnie Jo Jackson is survived by two sons, David Jackson and wife Dianna of Joshua and Dan Jackson and wife Carol of Burleson; two daughters, Delores Averitt and husband Ray of Grand Prairie and Dana Newton and husband Rev. Jack Newton of Freeland, Maryland; two brothers, Richard Flack of Louisiana and Butch Flack of Houston; two sisters, Jerry Lentz of LaGrange, TX and Rose Wilson of Livingston, TX; and seven grandchildren, Joshua Jackson, Cory Jackson, Casey Owen Averitt, Ben Averitt, Jon Newton, Sam Newton and Leah Newton.
