Denny Jones

Denny Jones,66, passed away on November 6, 2024, in Blum, Texas. Born on April 4, 1958, in Waxahachie Texas, Denny lived a life filled with dedication, love, and a strong sense of family and faith.

 Denny's career as a Sheet Rocker in construction showcased his strong work ethic and commitment to his craft. His educational journey began at Grandview High School, where the foundations for his future endeavors and values were laid. Throughout his life, Denny maintained a love-hate relationship with the Dallas Cowboys, reflecting his spirited nature and deep-rooted connection to his community.

 A lover of the outdoors, Denny found joy in fishing and embracing the beauty of nature. His unwavering belief in The Lord Jesus Christ. Denny was devoted to his family . He was known for his warm heart and kindness. 

 Denny is survived by his wife, Melinda Jones, and a loving family that includes his children: David Jones and wife Blaze, Theresa Jones and her husband, Marshall Jones and wife Heather, Heather Mitchell and her husband, Chad Yaqona and wife Tonya, Stormie Green, Timothy Green and wife Sarah, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind cherished siblings, LeEllen Williams and husband Don, Curtis Jones and wife Jana, and Jason Jones, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry his memory in their hearts.

 Denny was preceded in death by his parents, George Jones and Eddie Walton, as well as two brothers, George Randall and Pleasant Casey and two of his beloved children, April and Margaret.

 As we remember Denny, we celebrate his life filled with love and laughter. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who had the honor of sharing in his life.
