Mrs. Patel worked as a housekeeper.
Survivors include her husband, Ramanbhai Patel of Cleburne; son, Dipesh Patel and wife Chandni of Cleburne; two daughters, Ashmita Desai and husband Jitu of India and Roshani Patel and husband Trushant of San Antonio; six grandchildren; two sisters, Laxmiben Patel of London, England and Savita Patel of Lafayette, LA; and one brother, Shukhdev Patel of London, England. She was preceded in death by her parents.
