Dolores Sherry

Service for Dolores Ruby (Bredbenner) Sherry, 84, of Cleburne, will be scheduled at a later date in Pennsylvania.

Dolores passed away Friday, December 23, 2022, in Cleburne. She was born September 10, 1938, in Lehighton, Pennsylvania to Chester and Beatrice (Ruch) Bredbenner. Dolores married Charles Paul Sherry in 1955 in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Mahoning, Pennsylvania and Ascension Lutheran Church in Cleburne.

She is survived by her sons, Raymond Sherry of Cleburne, David Sherry and wife, Lisa of North Carolina; siblings, Oliver Bredbenner and wife, Barbara of Pennsylvania; Carolyn Kamenski of Pennsylvania and Curtis Bredbenner and wife, Karen of Florida; five grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.

Dolores is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Sherry in 2000; brother, Chester Bredbenner, Jr. in 2021; and son, Ronald Sherry in 2021.
