Don Stovall

Services for Don R. Stovall, 76, of Covington, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 23, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Dr. Don Shipman and the Rev. Charles E. Payne will officiate. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Zachari Seay, Gary Underwood, Jim Campbell, Wade Birdwell, Mark Decker, Jody Wall, Matt Lobaugh and Trey Wall. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Thursday.

Mr. Don R. Stovall passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2010 in Covington. He was born November 2, 1933 in Maypearl to William Franklin and Minnie Ora Rogers Stovall. He married Bobbie Sue Walraven on April 19, 1952 in Grandview.

Don worked for 44 years for Bell Helicopter and was a member of Bible Baptist Church in Cleburne.

Don is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bobbie Stovall of Covington; three daughters, Donna Bailey of Covington, Jackie Moore and husband Jim of Cleburne and Misti Wall and husband Jody of Burleson; eight grandchildren, Tifni, Ti, Brittni, Ali, Zachari, Laci, Lezlie and Trey; seven great-grandchildren, Whitni, Logan, Natali, Bailee, Wyatt, Kenzi and Katie; son-in-law, Wade Birdwell of Cleburne.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Nova Birdwell in 2007.
