Services for Donald Jay Kozlowski, 48, will be conducted at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2008 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.

Donald Jay Kozlowski passed away Friday, July 4, 2008 in Venus. He was born October 16, 1959 in Wellsville, New York to Henry and Jean Lynough Kozlowski. He married Elisa Lato Kozlowski on March 18, 1983 in the Phillipines.

Mr. Kozlowski retired from the U.S. Navy as a cook, after 21 years of service and was of the Catholic faith.

Donald Jay Kozlowski is survived by his wife, Elisa Kozlowski of Venus; children, Christeen Kozlowski of Arlington, Mark Kozlowski of Venus, Jean Kozlowski of Ft. Worth and Jaime Kozlowski of Euless; grandchildren, Julian, Leana, Jesse, Sandra, Andrew, Evalin, Brooke and Andrea; mother, Jean Kozlowski of Wellsville, New York; several aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Kozlowski on October 15, 1977 and brother, David Kozlowski on May 3, 1993.
