Dorothy Doty

Services for Mrs. Dorothy Doty, 72, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:30 Wednesday, June 30, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. J.D. Wright will officiate. Pallbearers are Wyndlon Doty, Leslie Doty, Jordan West, Stuart Lowery, David Wright and James Bird. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday.

Mrs. Dorothy Doty passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010 in Cleburne. She was born October 9, 1937 in Menard to Calvin Gus and Ruby Mary Evans Kinman. She married Jimmy Doty on October 1, 1956 in Cleburne.
She was a homemaker and a member of North Cleburne Church of Christ.

Dorothy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jimmy Doty of Cleburne; mother, Ruby Kinman of Mt. View, Arkansas; children, Kerry Doty of Cleburne, Delia Cogburn and husband Jerry of Joshua, Matthew Doty of Las Vegas, Nevada, Joe Doty and wife, Melanie of Cleburne and Nancy West of Ft. Worth; nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Mary Alice Dixon; brother, Franklin Kinman and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gus Kinman.
