Dorothy Godfrey

Dorothy Madell Godfrey passed away Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005 in Mansfield. She was born Oct. 4, 1938 in Cleburne to William Carl and Olita Inez Brantley Dowdy. She married Robert L. Godfrey on May 12, 1962 in Cleburne. She was a homemaker and a baptist.
Mrs. Godfrey is survived by her husband, Robert L. Godfrey of Cleburne; sons, Robert D. Godfrey of Cleburne and Larry William Godfrey and wife Diane of Cleburne; daughter, Tonya Dixon and husband Dale of Alvarado; brother, Eldon Jay Dowdy of Cleburne; five grandchildren, one great grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
